CareUpp provide Short-term home-based care for children, young people and adults with a disability.
We support
CareUpp currently support children and young people and their families in all types of out of home care wether that be foster care, kinship care, residential care, and family care .
We understand that you want to:
- Establish develop and maintain services which respond to the specific needs of our clients and their families
- collaboratively working with our clients, their families and involved stakeholders in meeting the needs of our clients
- supporting children and families so that they can have a physically and emotionally secure place to call home away from home.
- Planning and implementing activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the children in our care
- enhancing the quality of life of children and families through individualised services and programs that enhance, teach, and strengthen each person allowing them to live the life they want and support them reach their optimum potential.
